Based on this, this paper analyses the related data, and designs the mainly tables of the patrol system. At last, this paper describes the characteristic and effect contents.at present, this system have completed research and development, putting in to preoperation already. The effects of test run show that this system satisfy the needs of man on duty to the DWDM network maintenance and the management to the optical powe,. Through appropriate expansion, this system can be used in more areas. This system has excellent application value and social benefits.
